Tip: Go to Adventure Beach to enjoy a bunch of water sports or lounge under the sun, surrounded by turquoise waters and the aquamarine skyline.
Strict dress code: abayas, sarees, cotton tops/bottoms, jeans, long pants, undergarments, street clothing and sheer/see-through items or other material deemed inappropriate are not allowed in this experience. However, one-piece/two-piece swimsuit, speedo, rash guard, board shorts and burkini are allowed on this experience.
Safety is a priority. So, Trident Tower, Tower of Neptune, and Poseidon’s Revenge and Slytherin are restricted for guests under the height of 1.2 m, whereas the Zoomerango and Aquaconda are restricted for guests under 1.07 metres.
This experience is wheelchair accessible.
Tip: Arrive early and use a wide-angle lens to capture the Dubai skyline as the sun slowly rises and colours the sky in a warm, orange glow.
The experience is accessible for wheelchairs and baby strollers. Please speak to a Ground Crew member for assistance loading and unloading the balloon gondola.
The wheelchair/stroller must have a braking/locking system to prevent unsecured movement in flight. This function will be checked and verified by the ground crew before boarding.
There are extra wheelchairs on-site which you can use for the duration of the flight.
