Tip: Wear comfortable, athletic clothing for your skydiving experience.
Name Requirements: The names on the booking must match the passports of all participants. Any changes after booking will incur a fee of AED 300 per name, payable at check-in.
Weight & BMI Restrictions: Women over 90 kg (198 lbs) or with a BMI above 27.5, and men over 100 kg (220 lbs) or with a BMI above 30 are not permitted to participate.
Health Restrictions: The experience is not suitable for pregnant women or guests with epilepsy, seizures, serious head injuries, recurrent blackouts, dizziness, neurological disorders, high blood pressure, heart or lung conditions, dislocated limbs, diabetes, mental illness, or substance addiction.
Ticket Policy: Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another person.
Age Requirement: All participants must be at least 18 years old (according to the Gregorian calendar) on the day of the tandem skydive.
Summer Timings: From July 8 to August 31, the Palm Drop Zone opens one hour later, with the first check-in at 6:00 AM. Bookings originally scheduled for 5:15 AM, 5:30 AM, and 5:45 AM will be moved to 6:00 AM.
