  • Carry a valid ID for your visit. UAE residents must present their Emirates ID for entry.
  • Some rides have height restrictions for guests under 1.1m.
  • Inappropriate swimwear includes, but is not limited to: underwear, cotton clothing (especially long or flowing garments), transparent swimsuits, street clothes, shorts with protruding designs (rivets, accessories), long necklaces/chains, swimsuits with metal details (buttons, zippers, buckles, snaps), or any attire that may damage water slides. Regular diapers are not allowed.
  • Wearing spectacles, sunglasses, or eyeglasses on rides is prohibited for safety. Lanyards can be purchased on-site.
  • For the health and safety of all guests, avoid swimming if you or anyone in your party has diarrhea, including babies and toddlers in diapers.
  • Infants and toddlers must wear swim diapers in the water; regular diapers are not permitted. Swim diapers can be bought at retail outlets. Diaper changes must be done in the designated changing rooms, not poolside.
  • The following are prohibited: outside food and drinks, glass items, intoxication, skipping queues, running or diving, and devices with exposed needles or sharp edges.
  • Some water rides involve risk and should not be used by pregnant guests, those under medical care, guests with health conditions limiting physical activity, or anyone exceeding the ride’s weight limits.
  • This experience is not recommended for guests with chronic illnesses, respiratory conditions, or other underlying medical issues.
  • Assess your personal limitations before riding, ensure safe participation, and always check the water depth in all pools.
