- Guests with disabilities can obtain fast passes to skip long queues.
- The Island of Legends Park will be closed for the summer from May 1, 2025, to October 15, 2025.
- Al Montazah Water Park is open Wednesday through Sunday, from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
- Tuesdays (10:00 AM – 10:00 PM) are designated as Ladies’ Day, reserved exclusively for women.
- Boys taller than 120 cm are not permitted on Ladies’ Night, in accordance with venue policy.
