MyDubaiTickets Cancellations and Booking Modifications

  1. All capitalized terms used herein refer to the Terms of Use applicable to all Users of MyDubaiTickets. For complete guidelines and legal definitions, please consult the full Terms of Use.
  2. Each Experience on the platform may have its own cancellation and refund policy. These policies are displayed on the Experience’s landing page for clarity before booking.
  3. Once a Booking is completed, it cannot be changed or canceled for a refund unless explicitly stated in the Listing or the Supplier’s Terms.
  4. All matters regarding cancellation or modification of Bookings are determined solely by the Supplier. Since the purchase forms a contract between the User and the Supplier, MyDubaiTickets does not define or alter these terms unless specifically agreed upon.
  5. Subject to the Supplier’s cancellation/modification terms, Users may:
    A. choose to cancel or modify a Booking; or
    B. contact MyDubaiTickets at the details provided in the Booking Confirmation to check available options. MyDubaiTickets may consult the Supplier to confirm or clarify before proceeding.
  6. If a Booking is canceled or modified in accordance with Supplier terms, MyDubaiTickets will issue a refund once it receives the amount from the Supplier. Refunds are typically processed within seven (7) days to the original payment source. If the original payment method is unavailable, refunds may be provided as MyDubaiTickets Credits, which are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Currently, partial usage of credits is not supported. MyDubaiTickets may update credit terms, including validity or value, without notice.
  7. If Users applied promotion codes, discounts, or special offers at the time of booking, these will be factored into any refund calculation. Cancelling or modifying a Booking may reduce or invalidate the discount, and adjustments will be made accordingly.
  8. No refunds are available once an Experience has started or for any part of an Experience already availed, including packages, accommodations, meals, or additional services.
  9. Suppliers may make changes to a Booking after purchase, such as date, price, inclusions, coverage, age requirements, or other features. MyDubaiTickets will attempt to notify Users promptly but is not liable for losses, costs, or damages due to such changes.
  10. If the Supplier allows cancellation or modification due to changes, MyDubaiTickets will process the refund once received from the Supplier, generally within seven (7) days. Users acknowledge that MyDubaiTickets is not liable for losses from inability to modify, Supplier communication failures, or services already availed post-modification.
  11. In certain circumstances, MyDubaiTickets may override the Supplier’s cancellation policy to protect the interests of the User, Supplier, or platform. Partial or full refunds may be arranged at our discretion. Users agree that no liability arises from such decisions.
  12. Under all circumstances, MyDubaiTickets’ responsibility is limited to processing the refund received from the Supplier. Users understand and agree that all other liabilities related to Bookings remain the Supplier’s responsibility.
