MyDubaiTickets Cancellations and Booking Modifications

All capitalized terms used in this document correspond to the Terms of Use that apply to all visitors and customers of this platform. For a full overview of definitions and legal guidance, please refer to the Terms of Use.

Each listed experience may include its own set of cancellation and refund conditions. These are clearly displayed on the experience’s information page before any purchase is made.

Once a booking has been confirmed, it cannot be altered or refunded unless explicitly allowed in the listing or by the service provider’s stated terms.

Decisions regarding cancellations or modifications are the sole responsibility of the provider. Since the booking forms a contract directly between the customer and the provider, the platform does not establish or amend those conditions except when specifically outlined.

In line with the provider’s cancellation or modification policy, customers may:
A. request a cancellation or change to their booking; or
B. reach out using the details included in their booking confirmation to check available options. The platform may consult the provider before taking further action.

If a booking is modified or canceled in compliance with the provider’s rules, the platform will release a refund once the funds are received from the provider. Refunds are typically returned to the original payment method within seven (7) days. In cases where the original method is unavailable, refunds may be issued as credits. Credits are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and partial redemptions are not currently supported. The platform reserves the right to update credit validity or conditions at any time without notice.

If a booking was made with promotional codes, discounts, or special offers, these will be factored into any refund calculation. Canceling or changing a booking may reduce or nullify the discount, and the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

No refunds will be provided once an experience has commenced, nor for any portion already used, including bundled services such as accommodations, dining, or additional activities.

Providers may update booking details after purchase, including but not limited to dates, pricing, inclusions, eligibility, or other conditions. While the platform will make every effort to notify customers promptly, it is not responsible for any loss or expense caused by such changes.

If the provider permits cancellation or modification due to these adjustments, the platform will process the refund after receiving the corresponding amount from the provider, usually within seven (7) days. Customers acknowledge that the platform is not responsible for issues such as inability to modify, failed communication from providers, or use of services after changes are applied.

In rare cases, the platform may step in to override the provider’s standard policy to protect the interests of the customer, provider, or overall platform operations. At its discretion, partial or full refunds may be arranged. No additional liability arises from such actions.

Under all circumstances, the platform’s role is limited to processing refunds received from the provider. Customers agree that all other responsibilities or liabilities related to bookings remain with the provider.
