- Ticket Policy: Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another person.

- Summer Timings: From July 8 to August 31, the Palm Drop Zone opens one hour later, with the first check-in at 6:00 AM. Bookings originally scheduled for 5:15 AM, 5:30 AM, and 5:45 AM will be moved to 6:00 AM.
Cancellation policy
