  • Tip: Use the park’s app to check real-time wait times for popular rides. The GPS feature will guide you to attractions with shorter queues.
  • Pets: Animals are not permitted inside the park due to venue restrictions.
  • Guests with Disabilities: Eligible guests can purchase a day pass at a 50% discount by presenting valid proof of disability at the ticket counter.
  • Accessibility: The park is wheelchair and stroller friendly. Wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis with valid ID. Strollers are available for rent in two sizes: Single – AED 42, Double – AED 63.
  • Safety Notice: This experience is not suitable for pregnant women, guests with heart, back, or neck conditions, cardiovascular issues, high blood pressure, recent surgery, or recent illness.
  • Child Supervision: Children under 12 must be accompanied by a guest aged 16 or older.
