• Closed, comfortable footwear is recommended — avoid high heels or wheeled shoes.
• Download the “At the Top” app in advance for an enhanced audio-guided experience.
• What’s Not Allowed
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
• Large bags, strollers, shopping bags, and suitcases must be stored in the designated baggage area.
• Prohibited items include sharp objects, glass containers, fireworks, pepper spray, firearms, multi-tools, and spray paint.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building.
• Pets and service animals are not permitted.
• Accessibility
• All observation decks and lounges are wheelchair accessible.
• Accessible elevators and restrooms are available throughout the venue.
• Strollers are not allowed on the decks and must be checked at the entrance.
• On-site assistance is available upon request.
• Additional Information
• Children (3–16 years old) must be accompanied by an adult at all times (some sources specify under 12).
• Arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled entry time.
• Late arrivals may be denied entry without a refund.
• The average visit lasts around 90 minutes. Guests visiting Level 148 may stay there for up to 30 minutes before continuing to Levels 124 & 125.
• All visitors must enter through Dubai Mall. Direct entry to the tower is allowed only for residents, hotel guests, or restaurant reservations.
• Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the observation decks.
• Outdoor access may be restricted during poor weather conditions; refunds are not provided in such cases.
• For the best views, visit just before sunset or during early morning hours when the city skyline is often draped in fog.
