Need to Know

  • Guests may visit the Sky Views Observatory at any time on their booking day but are required to attend the At The Top attraction at their scheduled time.
  • Guests are required to collect physical tickets from the At The Top ticket counter before entering either attraction.
  • Please note: Sky Views Observatory closes at 9 PM. Guests with a 9 PM At The Top time slot should visit the Observatory beforehand.
  • Burj Khalifa At The Top SKY (Level 148)
  • Tip: Enjoy a spectacular water show at the Dubai Fountains between 6 PM and 11 PM, visible from above.
  • Facilities include free Wi-Fi, wheelchair accessibility, pram/stroller access, parking, and luggage storage.
  • Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the visit.
  • The outdoor terrace may shut temporarily during adverse weather conditions.
  • Please note that desserts may contain nuts, nut oils, eggs, and/or dairy products.
  • Large luggage is not allowed inside but can be stored at the Secure Baggage Area near the entrance. Small personal items such as handbags and cameras are permitted inside.
  • Note that the following are not allowed on this tour: Food & drinks, magic markers, spray paint, aerosol cans, glass bottles, knives, fireworks/explosives, firearms/ammunition, chemical weapons, mace/pepper spray, multi-tools, skate shoes or any footwear with wheels.
  • Working service animals are not allowed on the tour.

  • Please inform Sky Views staff of any pre-existing health conditions such as neck or back weakness, broken bones, heart conditions, nervous disorders, motion sickness, epilepsy, or pregnancy.
  • Your experience may be altered or canceled due to weather conditions.
  • This experience is restricted to guests weighing between 30 kg and 150 kg, with a height between 120 cm and 200 cm.
  • Guests must not be under the influence of narcotics, alcohol, or any substances that impair judgment (including certain medications).
  • Guests should be free from severe physical or mental conditions that may prevent them from safely completing the activities required during the experience.
  • The slide is available for AED 25 per ride, payable directly at the attraction’s counter or on level 53. Tickets purchased before April 1, 2024, still include the slide experience.
