The View at The Palm: Entry is only permitted at your booked time slot. Non-prime hour tickets cannot be used during prime hours.

Burj Khalifa Tip: The best time to visit the top floors is during sunset (6:30 PM – 7:00 PM).
Luggage Policy at Burj Khalifa: Large luggage is not allowed inside but can be stored at the Secure Baggage Area near the entrance. Small items like handbags, cameras, and accessories are permitted. Note: Commercial photography is strictly prohibited.
Queues & Wait Times: Expect longer wait times at ticketing and elevators, especially on weekends and peak hours.
