  • Time slot entry: Please arrive at your booked time slot. Tickets for non-prime hours cannot be used during prime hours.
  • Children: Kids under 12 enter free with a paying adult; standard charges apply for additional children.
  • Burj Khalifa – At The Top
  • Best time to visit: Sunset, between 6:30 PM and 7:00 PM, offers the most breathtaking views.
  • Luggage policy: Large luggage is not allowed inside, but can be checked at the Secure Baggage Area near the entrance. Small items like handbags and cameras are permitted. Commercial or business photography is strictly prohibited.
  • Queues & waiting time: Expect considerable wait times at both ticketing and elevator queues, especially during peak hours and weekends.
  • Weather: Check the forecast in advance to make the most of the observation decks.
  • Time slot policy: Entry is allowed only at your booked time. Once inside, you can stay as long as you like. Visitors typically spend about 40 minutes at the observatory.
