Meeting Point

  • There are no additional checkpoints or third-party pickup locations. All access is granted at the respective attraction entrances — just arrive a few minutes early for a smooth entry.
  • For Madame Tussauds Dubai, head to the Admissions counter at Bluewaters Island. Show your mobile pass to gain skip-the-line entry directly into the wax museum experience.
  • Upon arrival at View at The Palm (Level 52, The Palm Tower, Palm Jumeirah), proceed to the ticket counter and present your mobile voucher. After verification, you’ll receive timed access to the observation deck with skip-the-line privileges.
