  • Baggage Policy: Large luggage is not allowed; check it at the Secure Baggage Area near the entrance. Handbags, cameras, and small accessories are allowed.
  • Photography: Commercial or business photography is strictly prohibited.
  • Refreshments: Enjoy your hot beverage once you return from the observation deck.
  • Time-Specific Entry: Entry is time-specific, but once inside, you can stay as long as you like. Most guests spend 40–45 minutes on average.
  • Prime Hours: Best visiting times are 4 PM – 6:30 PM (from Dec 1, 2022, prime hours are 3 PM – 6:30 PM).

  • Park App: Check live wait times and use GPS-directed routing to rides with shorter queues.
  • Food & Drinks: Outside food is not allowed. There are 28 food & beverage outlets inside for snacks, lunch, and drinks.
  • Top Rides: Must-try attractions include Spider-Man Doc Ock’s Revenge, Hulk Epsilon Base 3D, The Velociraptor, and The Powerpuff Girls Mojo Jojo’s Robot Rampage.
  • Child Policy: Children below 105 cm enter for free and must be accompanied by adults at all times. Children under 15 years are not permitted on certain rides like the Haunted Hotel.
  • Storage: Lockers are available at the park entrance for an additional fee.
  • Festival of Fright (Sep 16 – Oct 31, 2024) Timings:
  • Sunday to Thursday: 12 PM – 10 PM
