All attractions close 30 minutes before the park’s official closing time.
Most rides require a minimum height of 90 cm (3 ft). Thrill rides may require 125 cm (4 ft 1 in) or 130 cm (4 ft 3 in). Pregnant guests, or those with certain medical, back, or neck conditions, should avoid specific rides.
Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older at all times. Children 14 and above can enter the park alone but cannot supervise younger children.
Emirates ID is required for residents entering the waterpark with a Resident pass.
Some rides are restricted for guests shorter than 1.1 m.
Certain water rides involve active participation and carry some risk. Guests who are pregnant, have physical limitations, are overweight for their body type, or are under a doctor’s care should avoid these attractions.
This experience is not recommended for guests with underlying medical conditions, respiratory issues, or chronic illnesses.
For comfort, the water in Breakers Bay (wave pool) and Juha's Dhow & Lagoon (children’s play area) is temperature-controlled year-round—cool in summer and warm in winter.
