Need to Know

• Tip: Take your little ones to the Dinosaurium where they can climb frames and zoom down slides for an enjoyable time.
• Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.
• This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.
• Your safety comes first. So, pregnant women, guests with back issues, neck issues, high blood pressure, cardiac issues, children unable to sit upright and walk, and guests who have undergone surgery or were recently unwell are restricted from participating in this experience.
• Guests with disabilities need to show a Person of Disability ID card at the Guest Relations counter to receive a POD wristband (a blue bracelet that grants VIP fast-track access to all rides and attractions). In cases of visible disability and no POD ID card, guests can show a normal ID requesting a POD bracelet.
• Children aged 12 and below must be accompanied by an adult of 16 years.
• Tip: For a more intimate experience, book the behind-the-scenes tour to get a closer look at the care and conservation efforts and learn about the lost city of Atlantis.

• Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult for In the Marine Animal Experiences, while guests under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a paying adult for the Fish Tales Tour.
