• Accessibility:
• Guests with disabilities must present a Person of Disability (POD) ID card at Guest Relations to receive a POD wristband (blue bracelet granting VIP fast-track access).
• In cases of visible disability without a POD card, a valid ID can be shown to request a POD bracelet.
• Child Policy:
• Children 12 years and below must be accompanied by an adult aged 16+.

• Water in Breaker’s Bay (wave pool) and Juha’s Dhow & Lagoon (kids’ play area) is temperature-controlled year-round (cool in summer, warm in winter).
