Need to Know

  • Keep your passport and ID ready for a smooth entry.
  • Note that outside food and drinks, glassware, alcohol, selfie sticks, handheld GoPros or other action cameras, shoes, and aqua socks with thick or rubber soles are not permitted. Plan accordingly.
  • Dress code: Guests may wear one-piece/two-piece swimsuits, speedos, rash guards, board shorts, or burkinis. Abayas, sarees, cotton tops/bottoms, jeans, long pants, undergarments, street clothing, sheer/see-through items, or other inappropriate attire are not allowed.
  • Regular nappies/diapers are prohibited in all pools and attractions; swim nappies/diapers are available for purchase at gift shops.
  • Diving is not allowed anywhere within the resort or Aquaventure Waterpark.
  • Guests under the influence of alcohol will be denied entry.
  • Mobile phones are only permitted if secured in a waterproof neck pouch on slides, except for the Vortex body slide.
  • Queue-jumping or saving spots in line is strictly forbidden. Guests who violate this rule may be asked to leave. Exiting a queue and returning to the same spot is not allowed.
