Need to Know

• No prior diving experience required (except for Platinum packages, which require certification).
• Minimum age: 10 years (participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian).
• A liability form must be completed at check-in.
• Bring your swimsuit and flip-flops.
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to avoid delays.
• Late arrivals will result in cancellation with no refund.
• Admission fees are non-refundable; rescheduling must be requested at least 5 days in advance.
• Avoid alcohol or non-prescription drugs for at least 24 hours before diving.
• If you suffer from (or have a history of) certain medical conditions, a signed fitness declaration form from a doctor may be required.
• Avoid flying or high-altitude activities (e.g., Burj Khalifa) for at least 24 hours after diving.
• You must be comfortable in the water and able to swim.
• All participants must follow Deep Dive Dubai’s safety policies.
