Meeting Point

  • Shortly after purchase, you'll receive a digital pass via email—simply download the Go City app and sync your order number. The pass automatically activates when you visit your first attraction—no need to visit a central pickup location.
  • To enter, just show your mobile pass or QR code via the app at the ticketing area of each included venue. Admission is scan-and-go, with no printed tickets or separate counters required.
  • You don’t need to decide on attractions in advance—choose as you go. Visit your selected attractions at your own pace within 30 days of activating the pass, which becomes valid only after your first entry.

Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation anytime before the start of your experience
  • These tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
