  • Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult aged 15 or older at all times.
  • Tip: The best time to visit the Burj Khalifa’s top floors is during sunset, between 6:30 pm and 7 pm, when the skies turn vibrant orange for stunning views.
  • Outside food and drinks are not permitted at the Burj Khalifa.
  • Children under 13 must always be accompanied by an adult.
  • Entry to the Burj Khalifa is strictly timed; please arrive before your scheduled slot.
  • Tip: Dress in traditional Arabic attire for great photo opportunities. During summer, lightweight clothing is recommended, and during winter, bring sunglasses, sunscreen, a hat, and a jacket.
  • Dune bashing is not suitable for children under 3, pregnant women, wheelchair users, individuals with back or heart conditions, or those with pre-existing medical issues.
  • Alcoholic drinks and certain entertainment shows, such as belly dancing, may be unavailable during national holidays and Ramadan.
