Food Policy: Outside food is not allowed, but there are 28 food and beverage outlets inside for snacks, meals, and drinks.
Must-Try Rides: Don’t miss Spider-Man: Doc Ock’s Revenge, Hulk: Epsilon Base 3D, The Velociraptor, and The Powerpuff Girls: Mojo Jojo’s Robot Rampage.
Child Policy: Children under 105 cm enter for free and must always be accompanied by an adult. Certain attractions, like the Haunted Hotel, are restricted to children 15 and older.
Accessibility: Only one guest with a disability is allowed per ride cycle, and they must be accompanied by a designated carer. The park is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.
Storage: Lockers are available at the park entrance for an additional fee.
Festival of Fright (Sep 16 – Oct 31, 2024) Timings:
Sunday to Thursday: 12 PM – 10 PM
Friday & Saturday: 12 PM – 11 PM
Dubai Frame Tip: Use a wide-angle lens to capture the full frame in your photos.
Group Policy: Up to 5 people from a single group are allowed per entry.
Storage & Supervision: Large bags and strollers must be left at the GATE 4 counter. Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
Accessibility: Differently-abled guests enter for free. The attraction is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.
Food & Drink Policy: Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
Dress Code: Wear modest clothing, such as long pants, long sleeves, or a scarf to cover shoulders.
Smoking: Not permitted at Dubai Frame.
Safety: Do not lean or climb over railings, and do not place children on them.
Prohibited Items: Toys and sharp tools are not allowed inside.
