Tip: Use the deck’s advanced HD telescopes with powerful zoom for a closer look at Dubai.
Large luggage is not permitted but can be checked at the Secure Baggage Area near the entrance.
Handbags, cameras, and small personal items are allowed.
Personal photos are welcome, but commercial or business photography is strictly prohibited.
Hot beverages are to be enjoyed after your visit to the observation deck.
Entry slots are time-specific, but once inside, you may stay as long as you like. Most visitors spend about 40–45 minutes at the observatory.
The best time to visit Burj Khalifa is between 4pm and 6:30pm.
Tip: Save time by using the park app for real-time wait updates and GPS directions to the least crowded attractions.
Outside food is not allowed, but the park has 28 restaurants and snack outlets.
Don’t miss Spider-Man Doc Ock’s Revenge, Hulk Epsilon Base 3D, The Velociraptor, and The Powerpuff Girls Mojo Jojo’s Robot Rampage.
Kids under 105 cm enter free. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Some attractions, like The Haunted Hotel, are restricted to ages 15+.
