Need to Know

• Tip: If you want to catch the sunset between 3 PM and 7 PM, it's best to book your entry about 90 minutes earlier during peak seasons.
• Carrying a passport or Emirates ID is mandatory.
• Please arrive at least 20 to 30 minutes before your scheduled visit.
• Please inform Sky Views staff of any pre-existing health conditions or physical limitations, including but not limited to neck or back weakness, broken bones, heart conditions, nervous disorders, motion sickness, epilepsy, or pregnancy.
• This experience is restricted to guests aged between 13 and 64, weighing between 30 kg and 120 kg, and with a height between 130 cm and 200 cm.
• Guests aged 13 to 18 must have in-person consent from their parent(s).
• Please inform the Sky Views staff of any physical or intellectual disability that may affect your ability to complete the physical or mental tasks during the experience.
• This experience is not suitable for pregnant women, guests with existing or recurring injuries or medical conditions requiring immediate attention, those under the influence of narcotics, alcohol, or any substances that impair judgment, and guests with physical or mental conditions that prevent them from completing the required tasks during the ride.
• Strict Dress Code: Please wear modest, comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. Skirts, dresses, high heels, flip-flops, and loose footwear are not permitted.
• Responsibility for inclement weather conditions affecting visibility is hereby disclaimed.
• The Edge Walk Experience may be canceled or rescheduled at short notice due to extreme weather conditions.
• Entry times and ticket prices are subject to change, variation, or amendment without prior notice or liability.
• The Glass Slide experience is no longer included with Sky Views Observatory tickets and is now charged at AED 25 per ride, payable at the attraction’s counter or on level 53. Tickets purchased before April 1, 2024, will still include access to the slide.
