  • Please arrive 20–30 minutes before your scheduled time slot to complete security checks and ticket validation. Be sure to allow extra time when choosing your booking.
  • The Sky Views Observatory is wheelchair accessible, but the Glass Slide and Edge Walk are not suitable for guests with mobility impairments.
  • Please note: Weather conditions are beyond our control, so visibility may vary on the day of your visit.
  • Opening hours and entry times may change without prior notice.
  • Guests with health conditions, physical or mental limitations, or medical concerns—including but not limited to neck or back problems, heart conditions, epilepsy, motion sickness, pregnancy, or recent injuries—should avoid the Edge Walk and Glass Slide experiences.
  • Getting there: The Observatory is located on Levels 52 and 53 of the Address Sky View Hotel, Tower 1. Entry is via Level 1, next to the residence entrance, or via the Dubai Mall metro link.
