Need to Know

  • Prohibited items: Outside food and drinks, glassware, alcohol, selfie sticks, handheld GoPros or other action cameras, shoes, and aqua socks with thick or rubber soles are not allowed. Pack accordingly.
  • Dress code: Permitted attire includes one-piece or two-piece swimsuits, speedos, rash guards, board shorts, and burkinis. Abayas, sarees, cotton tops and bottoms, jeans, long pants, undergarments, street clothing, sheer or see-through items, and other inappropriate materials are not allowed.
  • Nappies/diapers: Regular nappies/diapers are not allowed in any pool or attraction. Swim nappies/diapers can be purchased at the venue gift shops.
  • Diving: Diving is strictly prohibited anywhere in the resort or at Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark.
  • Mobile phones: Phones may only be used if secured in a waterproof neck pouch on Aquaventure slides, except for the Vortex body slide.
  • Queue policy: Queue-jumping or saving a place in line is strictly prohibited. Guests who break this rule may be asked to leave. Exiting a queue and rejoining the same spot is not allowed.
