Need to Know

  • Bring a valid ID for entry. UAE residents must present their Emirates ID to use the resident pass.
  • Some rides are not suitable for guests shorter than 1.1 meters.
  • Inappropriate attire includes underwear, cotton clothing (especially long, flowing garments), transparent swimsuits, street clothes, shorts with protruding decorations (rivets, buttons, etc.), long necklaces or chains, and swimsuits with metal details (buttons, zippers, buckles, snaps) that could damage water slides or harm other guests. Any clothing or accessory deemed unsafe for slides is also prohibited.
  • Spectacles, sunglasses, or eyeglasses are not allowed on rides. Lanyards are available for purchase to secure them.
  • Guests (including babies and toddlers) with diarrhea should not enter the pools for health and safety reasons.
  • Only swim diapers are allowed in the water; regular diapers are prohibited. Swim diapers can be purchased on-site. Use designated changing facilities—diaper changes are not permitted poolside.
  • Outside food and drinks, glass items, intoxication, queue-jumping, running, diving, or devices with exposed needles or sharp edges are strictly forbidden.
