• Tip: Use the on-site telescopes to discover and identify the various landscapes and attractions around the Burj Khalifa.
• Please bring a valid physical or digital ID to show at the entrance.
• Be sure to check the weather forecast ahead of time for clear, unobstructed views.
• The following items are prohibited inside: large luggage (which can be stored at the Secure Baggage Area on the ground floor), food, and drinks.
• Sky Views Observatory
• Tip: To prevent dizziness or disorientation while taking in the stunning view, focus your eyes on the horizon rather than looking down.
• A passport or Emirates ID must be carried at all times.
• Please notify Sky Views staff of any pre-existing medical conditions or physical limitations, including but not limited to neck or back issues, broken bones, heart problems, nervous disorders, motion sickness, epilepsy, or pregnancy.
• This experience requires a minimum height of 135 cm and a maximum height of 200 cm, with weight limits ranging from 30 kg to 120 kg.
• The Edge Walk Experience is subject to cancellation or rescheduling without prior notice in case of extreme weather conditions.
• The Glass Slide experience is no longer included with Sky Views Observatory tickets and is now available for AED 25 per ride, payable at the attraction’s counter or on level 53. Tickets bought before April 1, 2024, still include this experience.

Need to know

• Guests may visit the Sky Views Observatory at any time on their booking day but are required to attend the At The Top attraction at their scheduled time.
• Guests are required to collect physical tickets from the At The Top ticket counter before entering either attraction.
• Please note: Sky Views Observatory closes at 9 PM. Guests with a 9 PM At The Top time slot should visit the Observatory beforehand.
• Burj Khalifa At The Top SKY (Level 148)
• Tip: Enjoy a spectacular water show at the Dubai Fountains between 6 PM and 11 PM, visible from above.
• Facilities include free Wi-Fi, wheelchair accessibility, pram/stroller access, parking, and luggage storage.
• Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the visit.
• The outdoor terrace may shut temporarily during adverse weather conditions.
• Please note that desserts may contain nuts, nut oils, eggs, and/or dairy products.
• Large luggage is not allowed inside but can be stored at the Secure Baggage Area near the entrance. Small personal items such as handbags and cameras are permitted inside.

• Tip: If you want to catch the sunset between 3 PM and 7 PM, it's best to book your entry about 90 minutes earlier during peak seasons.

• This experience is not suitable for pregnant women, guests with existing or recurring injuries or medical conditions requiring immediate attention, those under the influence of narcotics, alcohol, or any substances that impair judgment, and guests with physical or mental conditions that prevent them from completing the required tasks during the ride.
