Need to know
- Tip: Planning to catch the sunset between 3 PM and 7 PM? During peak seasons, it's best to book your entry at least 90 minutes in advance.
- Carrying a valid passport or Emirates ID is mandatory.
- Please arrive at least 20 to 30 minutes before your scheduled visit time.
- Please inform the Sky Views staff of any pre-existing health conditions, including physical limitations or medical issues such as neck or back weakness, broken bones, heart conditions, nervous disorders, motion sickness, epilepsy, or pregnancy.
- This experience is not permitted for guests aged 12 and under or 65 and above, those weighing less than 30 kg or more than 120 kg, and individuals shorter than 130 cm or taller than 200 cm.
- Guests aged 13 to 18 must have in-person parental consent to participate.
- Please inform the Sky Views staff of any physical or intellectual disabilities that may affect your ability to complete the mental or physical aspects of the experience.
- This experience is not suitable for pregnant women, individuals with current or recurring injuries or medical conditions requiring immediate attention, those under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or guests with physical or mental conditions that may prevent them from safely completing the required tasks during the experience.
- Strict Dress Code: Wear modest and comfortable attire with closed-toe shoes. Skirts, dresses, high heels, flip-flops, and loose-fitting footwear are not permitted.
- We are not responsible for reduced visibility due to unfavorable weather conditions.
- The Edge Walk Experience may be canceled or rescheduled without prior notice in the event of extreme weather conditions.
- Entry timings and ticket prices are subject to change without prior notice or liability.
- The Glass Slide is no longer part of the standard Sky Views Observatory ticket. It is now priced at AED 25 per ride, payable at the attraction counter or on Level 53. However, tickets purchased before April 1, 2024, will still include access to the slide.
Cancellation policy
- Tickets can be canceled up to 72 hours before the scheduled experience for a full refund.
